Main Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating clinic schedules and patient flow
- Provide supervision to 7 staff to ensure patients receive optimal customer service experience
- Manage AR and AP
- Provide general administrative support and assistant to the physicians
Required qualifications and skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be good with Microsoft word, excel powerpoint, Quickbooks
