We need a strong manager that can help us build a loyal strong team with policies and procedures in place and can analyze and monitor the KPIs and has experience with managing medical billing. Ideal candidate has experience and initiative to make improvements with little or no supervision.
- Hiring, firing and management of office staff
- Setting and implementing medical office policies and procedures
- Increase revenues and decrease expenses
- Manage and handle diplomatically a wide variety of patient issues
- Maximize Lifeprint/Optum Medicare bonus payments
- Strong office managerial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of coding and medical billing process
- Analytical skills – report generation, updating and understanding our Key Performance Indicators
- Experience with maximizing billing opportunities including profit analysis by CPT
- Understanding of maximizing Medicare bonus reporting (MIPS)
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of eMDs EMR system is a plus
- Experience with managing a non-profit medical clinic
