Well-established ophthalmology practice near Ventura County, California is seeking an experienced and enterprising Executive Director to help grow the practice by providing leadership, management and vision.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Develop, communicate and implement the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
- Reduce costs and facilitate growth
- Implement and manage marketing budget
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Management Experience or Healthcare Management Degree
