We are a private, upscale ophthalmology practice with locations throughout NY and NJ. We provide superior eye-care treatments and verity of eye surgeries.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Minimum of 4 years of documented outside sales success in a competitive, sophisticated environment with service or tangible products with high-value items (cars, dental implants, laser hair removal, jewelry etc.)
- Documented history of sales quota attainment/exceeding sales goals (2+ Years)
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious, competitive, and persistent
- Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and confident
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Effective oral and listening skills in English and Spanish
- Able to work independently
- Committed to achieving performance goals
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and persuasive

You will be given proper tools for educating patients about the benefits of laser cataract surgery and other premium treatments. You will start with 4 hours once a week. Once your conversion rates are high, we will expand your position and hours.
Base pay + commission with the potential to earn over 250$ / hour ($100+/hr base)
