Ophthalmology practice near Long Branch, NJ with 3 different locations throughout, NJ is now looking for a skilled and experienced full charge bookkeeper to join their team.
Main responsibility includes:
- Posting and reviewing accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintaining a balance sheet and profit or loss reports
- Verify purchases and balancing receipts
- Work with medical billers and coders
- Handle company payroll
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Full charge bookkeeper
- Previous experience with medical AR, AP, Payroll, GL, cost allocation
- Must be able to multi-task
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Intuit
